Shipping

We ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $10. Standard domestic delivery with Australia Post can take between 3-6 business days to arrive after your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment.

Returns

All sales are final – Returns and exchanges are not accepted. We ask that you carefully read the product description and double check your measurements prior to making purchases from Billie Boots. We do our utmost to provide accurate measurements and detail any visible flaws in the product description however if you need further information on a particular piece we are always here to help. All sales at at our studio are sold as seen and non-refundable. Please ensure you check your items thoroughly before committing to your purchase.
